C.Eligibility

Our courses are intended for individuals who are legally capable of entering into an agreement under the applicable laws of India.

Students under the age of 18 should enroll only with the knowledge and consent of their parent or legal guardian.

D.Course Enrollment

Your enrollment is confirmed only after:

• Successful payment is received.
• Your registration is verified by our team.

Until payment is successfully confirmed, course access will not be provided.

E.Course Access

Students will receive access to the purchased course for one (1) year from the date access is provided.

Course access is intended only for the registered student and may not be transferred to another person.

Access may include:

• Live classes
• Recorded classes
• Study materials
• Community support
• Doubt clarification sessions

The availability of specific features may vary depending on the course purchased.

F.Live Classes

Students are expected to attend live classes on time and participate respectfully.

If a student misses a live class, StoxWave FinAcademy may provide a recorded session where available. However, this may vary depending on the course.

G.Recorded Classes

Recorded classes are provided only for the personal learning of the enrolled student.

Students may watch the recordings during their access period but may not:

• Download videos.
• Record videos.
• Copy videos.
• Share videos with others.
• Upload videos to any website or social media platform.
• Sell or distribute the videos in any form.

Unauthorized sharing of course content may result in suspension or termination of course access.

H.Study Materials

Students may receive study materials such as PDFs, presentations, or other educational resources. These materials are provided only for personal learning.

Students must not:

• Sell them.
• Copy them for commercial use.
• Share them publicly.
• Claim ownership of them.

I.Student Responsibilities

By joining StoxWave FinAcademy, every student agrees to:

• Use the course only for personal educational purposes.
• Respect mentors, instructors, and fellow students.

J.Intellectual Property Rights

Videos, Recorded sessions, Live class content, Study materials, PDFs, Presentations, Worksheets, Graphics, Logos, Brand name, and Website content.

These materials remain the exclusive property of StoxWave FinAcademy.

Students receive a limited, non-transferable right to use the materials only for their own learning during the course access period. No ownership rights are transferred to students.

K.Certificates

Students who successfully complete the course may receive a Course Completion Certificate from StoxWave FinAcademy.

Certificates are issued only after the student has completed the course requirements as determined by StoxWave FinAcademy.

The certificate confirms course completion only. It does not represent a professional license, government certification, employment guarantee, or financial qualification.

At StoxWave FinAcademy, we believe learning should continue even after the class ends.

Students will receive support through:

• Course Announcements

N.Intellectual Property Protection
